Free Women's Self Defense Seminar - Next Monday February 15, 2010 - 7:30pm

Taught by 4th Degree Black Belt Erin O'Neil and 1st Degree Black Belt Paula Tate.

This seminar will focus in on teaching participants how not to be selected as a victim in the first place and how to use their voices to de-escalate a potentially violent situation from occurring.

Most self-defense seminars only focus on only what to do if you are attacked.

The one-hour seminar will also show participants how to recognize potential problems before they happen and how to establish clear, assertive verbal communication to stop an attack from happening.

This special seminar is designed for ladies of high school age and above and doesn*t require any prior martial arts experience or athletic ability.
